This project restored deteriorating concrete structures, ensuring safety, longevity, and compliance with Florida building regulations.
This concrete restoration project was undertaken to repair and restore a multi-level parking garage in Jacksonville. Over years of use, the structure had experienced spalling, cracking, and water intrusion that compromised both safety and usability. We began with structural assessments, followed by spall repair, epoxy crack injection, and reinforcement of corroded rebar. Expansion joints were replaced, and waterproof coatings were applied to protect against future deterioration. The project also included new safety barriers, updated railings, and improved pedestrian pathways. The restoration extended the lifespan of the structure, ensured compliance with Florida’s building safety laws, and provided a safer environment for both vehicles and pedestrians.
